What you will do

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the AI-powered Tax Advisor Platform.
• Build deep understanding of user needs for internal teams, tax advisors, and end customers.
• Establish feedback loops to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Drive hypothesis-driven AI product management and experimentation using data and user insights.
• Define and track KPIs focused on operational efficiency, internal adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Tax, and Legal to align on priorities and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically at Senior PM level.
• Proven hands-on experience building AI-first products, including internal or operational tools.
• Experience driving AI product development end-to-end from discovery to adoption.
• Strong decision-making skills grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights and A/B testing.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Based in Berlin.
