What you will do

• Own the balance strategy end-to-end, defining how merchant funds are tracked, held, and made available across currencies, countries, and settlement windows.
• Build and launch the overdraft product, designing the pricing framework and setting guardrails in coordination with Treasury, Risk, and Revenue.
• Define and implement multi-balance capabilities, allowing merchants to hold and operate independent balances per currency.
• Own post-transactional flows including split payments, defining how funds are allocated at the balance layer after settlement.
• Drive balance reconciliation and operational accuracy, working with Finance and Engineering to ensure the balance engine reconciles daily.
• Lead cross-functional squads, including Engineering, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Revenue, and Compliance, to deliver.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Fintech background with experience in payments infrastructure, ledger systems, settlement, treasury, or credit products.
• Technical fluency with hands-on experience with REST APIs and system design.
• Autonomous with the ability to set priorities, unblock dependencies, and push projects forward.
• EU citizenship is a hard requirement. No exceptions.
