What you will do

  • Act as subject matter expert on hirify.global products, communicating and implementing solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver tailored onboarding plans for Tier 1-3 key customers.
  • Own technical execution of onboarding, including training on platform features, reporting views, feeds, and automations.
  • Tailor onboarding journeys to customer challenges, driving product adoption and addressing gaps.
  • Organize and manage onboarding processes, create presentation decks, and ensure sales promises are delivered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years digital experience, ideally with paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and creating presentations in Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication, project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
