What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Assist with customer onboarding and training on products/services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams.
- Advocate for customer needs within internal teams and gather feedback.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- Location: Netherlands, ’s-Hertogenbosch
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in technical account management or related roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
