TL;DR

Commercial Customer Success Manager (Ecommerce): Bridging customer relationships and driving business growth with a strong emphasis on commercial activities. Focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities within the existing customer base, leveraging data and strategic partnerships.

Location: This position is based in our HQ in Eindhoven (Hybrid work model: at least 1-3x a week at the office)

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to unlock their full potential
  • Leverage customer data and trends to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing value for both customers and the business
  • Develop personalized approaches to drive revenue and customer engagement
  • Oversee and take ownership of the renewal process, driving high retention rates
  • Collaborate across departments to turn your own ideas or company initiatives into impactful successes, ensuring alignment and smooth execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • About 3 years of relevant experience gained in supply chain/logistics environment and/or E-commerce
  • Proven track record in meeting expansion targets and successfully managing renewals
  • Fluent in English, Dutch & French
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
