Salary: €37,300–€48,600 per year.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales.
• Develop deep expertise in the platform to provide technical and strategic guidance to clients.
• Assess customer needs and define tailored implementation plans to accelerate time-to-value.
• Maintain proactive engagement and conduct health checks to drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handovers.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and process improvements.

Requirements

• French: C1 level or higher required.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management within a tech company.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
• Confident communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
