What you will do
- Design and oversee end-to-end process for distributing sample units to end-customers for testing and deployment.
- Manage evaluation lifecycle across B2B portfolio including Video Collaboration room solutions and Personal Workspace products (Mice, Keyboards, Webcams, Headsets).
- Build scalable processes for sales teams, channel partners, and customers to request, deploy, and track evaluation hardware.
- Partner with regional sales, channel managers, and marketing to tie sample programs to pipeline generation and deal closure.
- Track ROI and analytics using Salesforce/Tableau dashboards, measuring sample conversion to revenue.
- Streamline operations with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, and fulfillment partners for shipping and tracking.
Requirements
- Many years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Channel Enablement, or similar in B2B technology/hardware.
- Experience managing hardware evaluation/seed/sample programs at scale.
- Deep understanding of B2B IT channel (VARs, Distributors, System Integrators).
- Strong analytical skills for building models, tracking assets, and ROI calculation.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills without direct authority.
