Salary: $130,000–$175,000 annual base

What you will do

  • Design and oversee end-to-end process for distributing sample units to end-customers for testing and deployment.
  • Manage evaluation lifecycle across B2B portfolio including Video Collaboration room solutions and Personal Workspace products (Mice, Keyboards, Webcams, Headsets).
  • Build scalable processes for sales teams, channel partners, and customers to request, deploy, and track evaluation hardware.
  • Partner with regional sales, channel managers, and marketing to tie sample programs to pipeline generation and deal closure.
  • Track ROI and analytics using Salesforce/Tableau dashboards, measuring sample conversion to revenue.
  • Streamline operations with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, and fulfillment partners for shipping and tracking.

Requirements

  • Many years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Channel Enablement, or similar in B2B technology/hardware.
  • Experience managing hardware evaluation/seed/sample programs at scale.
  • Deep understanding of B2B IT channel (VARs, Distributors, System Integrators).
  • Strong analytical skills for building models, tracking assets, and ROI calculation.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills without direct authority.
