Salary: $160,000–$190,000/yr + bonus + stock

What you will do

  • Define and evolve Sales Enablement Charter aligned to enterprise GTM priorities.
  • Own onboarding, everboarding, and role-based enablement for BDRs, SDRs, ISRs, Regional Sales Directors, and supporting SE/CSM motions.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align enablement to pipeline risk, deal stages, and expansion plays.
  • Build or orchestrate ICP-aligned messaging, talk tracks, discovery guides, enterprise use-case plays, and deal support assets.
  • Manage Sales Enablement platform taxonomy, governance, and delivery of live/virtual sessions like bootcamps and SKOs.
  • Measure impact on time-to-ramp, deal velocity, stage conversion, and run quarterly field feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience enabling complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
  • Fluent in Salesforce and Enablement Platform analytics.
