Employee Engagement Specialist

TL;DR

Employee Engagement Specialist: Own and execute monthly engagement programming fostering connections across EMEA and APAC teams with an accent on local cultures and global initiatives. Focus on scaling philanthropy programs, supporting new hire experiences, and collecting feedback to evolve strategies.

Location: Onsite in London, England, United Kingdom 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own monthly engagement events aligning global calendar with local EMEA/APAC interests.
• Partner with Employee Resource Groups for heritage programming and community building.
• Drive hirify.global Cares philanthropy including volunteer weeks and giving campaigns.
• Create compelling internal communications via email, signage, and intranet.
• Support onboarding and new hire networking for seamless employee integration.
• Reinforce appreciation culture through awards, celebrations, and recognition platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in employee engagement with event management (vendor, budget, logistics)
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for in-person and Zoom.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick learner for new tools.
• Creative visual skills for posters and signage; Canva experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in UK without sponsorship
