TL;DR

Vice President, Customer Success (Energy Storage): Driving customer value realization and engagement across the solution lifecycle from installation to long-term performance and expansion with an accent on strategic outcomes, feedback loops, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on defining global customer success strategies, measuring KPIs like adoption, retention, and utilization, and operationalizing improvements at scale.

In-Office (4 days/week) in Arlington, VA or Alpharetta, GA, USA. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Engage customers post-installation to ensure value realization through use cases, best practices, tools, and resources.
  • Proactively share capabilities, insights, and outcomes to drive utilization and confidence.
  • Lead customer forums, user groups, and feedback mechanisms to inform product and service improvements.
  • Define and execute global customer success strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Services, and other teams to embed outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Track and report KPIs, conduct reviews, and refine processes using data and insights.

Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive leadership in customer success, services, or post-sales in energy, renewables, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record building and scaling customer-focused organizations in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, services lifecycles, and energy storage operations.
  • Experience with customer success measures, engagement frameworks, and value realization across geographies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.
  • Customer-centric leader with data-driven, strategic, and cross-functional skills.
