Salary: $433,500 - $650,250 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Create and execute the overall vision and strategy for the Compliance Solutions BU to grow revenue to $1B+.
• Own and manage the BU P&L (approx. $500M), including forecasting, budgeting, and expense management.
• Represent the business in cross-organizational activities and as a thought leader within the financial services industry.
• Drive the implementation of market-specific strategies and tactics to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a large, geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of engagement and belonging.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of business experience and 10 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex software portfolios of $400M+.
• Experience delivering top-line revenue growth and margin for global B2B software businesses.
• Strong background in M&A (strategy, due diligence, and execution).
• Experience operating in a high-performance matrix environment, preferably for Fortune 500 companies.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; MBA preferred.
