What you will do
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead executive relationships with NCDOT, metropolitan areas, local municipalities, and state agencies.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to coordinate regional brand building and market positioning.
- Represent the firm as the senior brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
- Provide strategic revenue forecasting and market trend analysis to the Chief Growth Officer.
Requirements
- Must be based in or have a strong professional network within North Carolina, particularly with NCDOT and public agencies.
- Proven success in business development, strategic planning, and client management.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence state transportation leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working within a technical consulting firm or a related industry.
- Willingness to travel across North Carolina, including Wilmington and corporate headquarters.
