TL;DR

Retail Excellence Training Manager (Retail): Driving store conversion, commercial KPIs and capability uplift across hirify.global stores with an accent on coaching, training and data-led action planning. Focus on embedding best practices, improving customer experience and delivering measurable performance improvements at store level.

Field-based role in Scotland & North East Region with regular travel to stores across the UK required and full UK driving licence required.

What you will do

  • Support stores to improve conversion, ATV, UPT and overall sales performance through actionable improvement plans.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer journey, selling behaviours and in-store execution.
  • Deliver structured and on-the-job training to store managers, supervisors and teams.
  • Coach leaders to boost confidence in selling, team leadership and performance driving.
  • Collaborate with retail operations, training & development and area managers to link strategy with store execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a multi-site retail environment
  • Strong understanding of store KPIs, conversion and commercial drivers
  • Experience coaching and developing store teams and leaders
  • Confident delivering training in-store and adapting to different audiences
  • Data-led mindset with ability to turn insight into action
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK; full UK driving licence required

Nice to have

  • Experience in a field-based or retail support role
  • Background in retail training, operations or performance improvement
  • Passion for customer experience and retail excellence
