Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London (office attendance 2-3 days a week)

What you will do

• Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and performance challenges.
• Design and develop learner-centric training materials for classroom, e-learning, and blended learning formats.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and new starter inductions across various office locations.
• Manage training projects and update content based on operational change requests.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as the Kirkpatrick model.
• Support organizational change initiatives by creating targeted learning interventions.

Requirements

• Experience in training and development, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Experience working with outsourcers and internal knowledge management systems.
• Knowledge of L&D theories including ADDIE, 5Di, SAM, and Kirkpatrick.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel to various office locations (e.g., London, Manchester, Cape Town) as required.
