Learning Performance Consultant: Design and deliver blended learning experiences for leadership, management, and team development with an accent on facilitation, coaching, and creating impactful programmes. Location: Hybrid, based in Scotland with regular monthly visits to Dundee head office; occasional travel across UK and Europe.

• Design and deliver impactful leadership, management, and team development programmes.
• Create blended learning experiences in virtual, digital, and in-person formats.
• Facilitate sessions, host events, and coach individuals confidently.
• Apply storytelling, behavioural psychology, and learning science for effective learning.
• Shape connected learning agendas and experiences using hirify.global and feedback.
• Partner with colleagues and external providers for high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Experience designing and facilitating blended learning.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Creative, people-centred approach to learning.
• Confidence with diverse groups at all levels.
