TL;DR
Learning Performance Consultant: Design and deliver blended learning experiences for leadership, management, and team development with an accent on facilitation, coaching, and creating impactful programmes. Location: Hybrid, based in Scotland with regular monthly visits to Dundee head office; occasional travel across UK and Europe.

What you will do
- Design and deliver impactful leadership, management, and team development programmes.
- Create blended learning experiences in virtual, digital, and in-person formats.
- Facilitate sessions, host events, and coach individuals confidently.
- Apply storytelling, behavioural psychology, and learning science for effective learning.
- Shape connected learning agendas and experiences using and feedback.
- Partner with colleagues and external providers for high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Experience designing and facilitating blended learning.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Creative, people-centred approach to learning.
- Confidence with diverse groups at all levels.
- Curiosity, empathy, and passion for helping others grow.
- Ability to turn into practical, engaging learning.
