Location: Remote role based in the United States (USA - FL)

Salary: $135,000 – $145,000 USD annually + commission and equity

What you will do

• Execute product marketing strategies aligned with company goals and cross-functional teams.
• Research buyer market, product differentiators, value proposition, and competitors to iterate on agentic positioning.
• Build proficiency with hirify.global products, create compelling demos, and guide stakeholders on advanced use cases.
• Own feature releases and launch programs in partnership with Product team.
• Create product materials including videos, use case content, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Incorporate market feedback to refine positioning and drive enablement with Ops and Enablement teams.
• Act as product SME for marketing, supporting demand gen, cross-sell, webinars, events, and more.

Requirements

• 5+ years product marketing experience with complex products or multi-product ecosystems
• Ability to learn multi-product ecosystems at technical demo level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success
• Self-starter able to manage multiple projects, hit deadlines, and drive decisions
• Minimal experience with Google Slides; video experience recommended
