What you will do

  • Define and own end-to-end product marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
  • Lead cross-functional teams across user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, and product to execute growth initiatives
  • Optimize full customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and monetization with focus on lifetime value
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and develop growth hypotheses
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments including A/B testing and CRO to improve funnel performance
  • Track, measure, and report on key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and engagement

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in senior product marketing, growth, or marketing leadership in B2C digital products
  • Proven impact on business metrics including revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Leadership skills for managing stakeholders in cross-functional environments
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
