What you will do

• Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for consumer AI-powered hiring experiences.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation by analyzing homeowner needs, AI trends, and competitors.
• Define positioning and messaging that clearly articulates product value to homeowners.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Research to reduce friction in the search experience.
• Collaborate with Brand, PR, and Growth teams to build unified internal and external narratives.
• Use performance data to measure launch success and identify new demand generation opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product marketing experience in consumer-facing products.
• Proven ability to develop insight-driven positioning for products in early stages.
• Strong 0-to-1 go-to-market expertise from insight generation to launch.
• Experience aligning with Brand, Growth, and PR functions on unified narratives.
• Must be based in Ontario or British Columbia.
