Operational Planner (Packaging)

What you will do

• Manage pool of returnable packaging across suppliers, manufacturing, and customers, tracking movements and cycle times using analytical tools.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the packaging team related to Return for Reuse program.
• Handle administrative tasks including registration, tagging, and tracking of all packaging assets.
• Calculate optimal pool sizes and make recommendations for changes based on demand, performance, and process improvements.
• Conduct bi-annual and spot stock counts to validate inventory and pool size.
• Track physical arrival of SKUs and evaluate repair parts inventories with stock strategy recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of planning or supply chain management experience.
• High competence in spreadsheets and database management; SAP, Excel, Word a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Result-driven with ownership, ability to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across stakeholders.
