Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years in HR Operations and Global Payroll Management
• Experience as a global process owner
• Project management experience
• Strong payroll and HR administration knowledge
• Technology understanding and process simplification experience
• Global mindset and cultural awareness
