What you will do

• Develop and own the B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales and revenue goals.
• Define positioning and value propositions for different industries and buyer personas.
• Drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs and optimize marketing funnels.
• Build thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
• Lead a small team and manage external agencies and freelancers.
• Create sales enablement materials to accelerate the deal-closing process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or HR tech.
• Native German language skills and fluent English.
• Proven track record in demand generation and account-based marketing.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and buyer journey.
• Data-driven mindset for strategic decision-making.
• Must be based in Berlin to comply with the hybrid work model.
