What you will do
- Serve as national point of contact for key brokerage and consulting partners, owning relationships across Midwest firms and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Drive growth by generating qualified opportunities and executing strategic plans for consistent referrals and advocacy.
- Partner with Account Executives and Client Management to activate relationships and support client experiences.
- Build relationships across the brokerage ecosystem and collaborate with Growth, Product, Clinical Care, and Operations teams.
- Lead presentations and strategic conversations to position as a mental health market leader.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in employer healthcare benefits space, including brokerage, consulting, or vendor partnerships/sales
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with national and regional brokerage and consulting firms
- Demonstrated success influencing pipeline through qualified sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of consultant evaluation processes and recommendations
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Product, and other teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Health Management, or related)
