QC Team Lead – Civil / Utility Mapping

What you will do

• Oversee QC processes for mapping deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards, SOWs, and regulations
• Lead and manage QC Civil Engineers team, providing guidance, workload distribution, and development support
• Define QC procedures, SOPs, metrics, and KPIs; track performance and quality trends
• Identify issues, lead investigations, and implement workflow improvements and automation
• Collaborate with Map Leads, Product Operations, ExoInfo, and Engineering for data quality alignment
• Maintain documentation and promote continuous improvement culture

Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years in civil engineering, infrastructure, surveying, GIS, or QC
• 2+ years in technical leadership or team management
• Experience with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS)
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, underground utilities, and geospatial data
• High-level Hebrew and English (reading, writing, presenting)
• Ability to review CAD drawings and civil plans; understanding of quality methodologies

Nice to have

• Experience as Utility Engineer or Coordinator
• Familiarity with US/European standards
• Work in cross-functional/global teams
• ArcGIS, Civil3D, Revit
• Utility mapping or subsurface projects
