Project Controls Sr Analyst - Cost (Oil and Gas): Leading cost control functions for mega Oil and Gas projects with an accent on baseline cost deliverables, monthly/quarterly reporting, and change management. What you will do
- Lead project cost controls team in preparing baseline cost deliverables and analyzing monthly/quarterly reports.
- Facilitate project forecasts and lead quantity management reporting.
- Manage change programs, risk analysis, and risk register.
- Recognize issues affecting project execution and advise project team or JV partners.
- Provide guidance to less experienced project controls personnel and support proposal efforts.
- Apply key scheduling processes and demonstrate leadership in project control functions.
Requirements
- All applicants must complete pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience, or 8+ years without degree, in Home Office or Field Office.
- Capability to lead project control functions and influence internal/external clients.
- Physical ability for construction site environment: standing, kneeling, climbing, working at heights, up to 12-hour shifts in extreme conditions.
Nice to have
- Strong cost experience with projects involving multiple currencies.
- Four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
