What you will do

• Integrate Cobra cost engine with Oracle Primavera P6 and manage project costs, performance measurement, change control, budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
• Develop and manage ETC collection/integration process and validate EAC in Cobra.
• Review EVMS implementation effectiveness and develop improvement strategies.
• Manage performance measurement baseline through monthly integration of schedule, status, forecasts, and actuals with quality assurance.
• Prepare, analyze program performance variances and implement changes to cost baseline.
• Manage variance analysis and produce Format 1-5 reports plus monthly metrics.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to project controls
• 14+ years of experience in senior-level project controls
