What you will do

  • Assist in managing and processing property damage claims, gathering documentation, and tracking resolutions.
  • Review and assess claim submissions for accuracy and compliance with platform policies.
  • Coordinate communication with owners, guests, and external partners under senior guidance.
  • Manage guest reviews by drafting professional, timely responses.
  • Shadow service recovery processes to address and resolve guest concerns.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer support teams while maintaining records for reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
  • Interest in hospitality, customer service, or operations.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing tasks.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
