Location: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Naza Tower). Shift time: Required to work as per Melbourne time zone (6 am to 3/4 pm Malaysia time).

What you will do

• Provide specialist relationship management support from planning to certification production and invoicing.
• Prioritize and ensure the completion of complex customer activities in line with business SLAs.
• Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accounts are accurately updated and coordinated with the invoicing team.
• Handle complex customer needs, anticipate complaints, and promote the use of the customer portal.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in BA&IS systems within budget and contractual constraints.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and collaborate with other offices and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 2-3 years of work experience in Client Management, preferably within the service industry.
• Ability to work according to Melbourne time zone (6 am to 3/4 pm Malaysia time).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
