Location: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Naza Tower). Shift time: Required to work as per Melbourne time zone (6 am to 3/4 pm Malaysia time).

What you will do
- Provide specialist relationship management support from planning to certification production and invoicing.
- Prioritize and ensure the completion of complex customer activities in line with business SLAs.
- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accounts are accurately updated and coordinated with the invoicing team.
- Handle complex customer needs, anticipate complaints, and promote the use of the customer portal.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in BA&IS systems within budget and contractual constraints.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and collaborate with other offices and departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 2-3 years of work experience in Client Management, preferably within the service industry.
- Ability to work according to Melbourne time zone (6 am to 3/4 pm Malaysia time).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
