Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (AI Staffing): Developing user experiences for mobile and web applications in autonomous multi-agent AI workflows for industrial staffing with an accent on design systems, intuitive interfaces, and real-world problem-solving. Focus on prototyping scalable components, conducting user research, and evolving design governance to transform the staffing industry.

Onsite in New York City, NY or San Francisco, five days per week

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Rapidly prototype designs to facilitate team evaluation and alignment
• Develop and refine user experiences within mobile and web applications
• Drive the development, governance, and evolution of the design system
• Understand, document, and visualize business and worker needs
• Conduct user research to validate concepts and usability
• Actively share work with the team and gather feedback for improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing products that solve real-world problems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX/UI challenges
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with building design systems
• Strong understanding of software development process (coding a plus)
• Demonstrated success shipping impactful features
• Comfortable in startup environment with broad responsibilities
