What you will do

• Own full design arc: sketch concepts, prototype in Figma, user-test, and ship pixel-perfect products.
• Translate complex agent behaviors (memory, intent, actions) into intuitive, elegant UI.
• Map end-to-end journeys with wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and interactive prototypes.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate based on guerrilla tests, A/B experiments, and analytics.
• Design for trust by visualizing agent reasoning and decisions.
• Establish design systems, accessibility guidelines, and brand standards.
• Polish animations, micro-copy, haptics for delightful interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years crafting digital products end-to-end with portfolio of beauty and usability
• Proven experience designing AI-powered or data-rich experiences
• Mastery of Figma and interactive prototyping tools
• Taste level rejecting awkward interactions and inconsistencies
• Love for in-person collaboration; ready to build in SF

Nice to have

• Experience designing agentic or autonomous AI interfaces
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Basic HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping
• Experience with motion design, haptics, or micro-interactions
• Track record designing consumer products for millions
