What you will do

  • Partner with PMs, engineers, and AI/ML teams to shape product strategy and intelligent workflows.
  • Lead end-to-end design: research, concepting, prototyping, UI, and engineering handoff.
  • Conduct user research to identify needs and transform insights into product opportunities.
  • Evolve Design System for scalability and consistency.
  • Influence roadmap with user-centered insights on cognitive load and experience impact.
  • Experiment with AI technologies and design patterns for cutting-edge UX.

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing complex SaaS UX (not marketing/brand).
  • Experience with user research and translating insights to strategy.
  • Lead full design lifecycle: research, vision, iteration, execution.
  • Strong systems thinking for building/scaling Design Systems.
  • Fast-paced cross-functional collaboration.
  • High proficiency in accessibility (WCAG), usability, inclusion.
  • Portfolio showing complex workflow solutions and clear narrative.
  • Expert Figma; familiar with Maze, UserTesting or similar.
