What you will do
- Deliver training across product, positioning, processes, new hire onboarding, call reviews, and workshops for sales and customer success teams.
- Act as bridge between central strategy and frontline teams in your region.
- Partner with senior enablement managers and pre/post-sales leaders to drive performance consistency.
- Create feedback loops from frontline teams to improve programs and best practices adoption.
- Improve ramp time, win rates, retention, and expansion across the region.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in enablement, sales, customer success, or related go-to-market support.
- Experience with sales systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Outreach preferred.
- Ability to translate playbooks and processes into engaging learning experiences.
- Experience supporting sales or post-sales teams in fast-paced environment.
- Strong project coordination skills to handle multiple workstreams independently.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills for explaining systems, processes, technical concepts.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Sales Ops, RevOps.
