What you will do

• Acquire new SMB/MM accounts in assigned territory to exceed monthly sales quota.
• Upsell and expand existing SMB/MM customer accounts through cross-sales and additional seats.
• Build and maintain sales pipeline via prospecting, lead follow-ups, and product demos.
• Articulate product value proposition and educate customers on improving their human firewall.
• Collaborate with channel reps, customer success managers, and renewal specialists.
• Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce and support renewals with growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience selling to SMB/MM-sized businesses
• Fluent in Turkish
• Excellent verbal and written communications (submit resume in English)
• Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent (desirable)
• Familiarity with IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry (desirable)
• Experience with Salesforce (plus), Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, web browsers
• Stats-driven, self-starter with strong teamwork skills; able to work with minimum supervision
