Enterprise Business Development Executive (SaaS): Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Sales Performance Management software with an accent on prospecting ideal LATAM customers, C-level relationship building, and closing complex deals. Location: Fully remote from anywhere, must work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours; LATAM sales focus, proven success selling to larger LATAM companies preferred.

What you will do
- Develop prospecting strategies and identify ideal customers in your region.
- Create and execute overall sales strategies with sales leadership.
- Run successful sales campaigns, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional partnerships.
- Scale enterprise sales processes and influence company-wide strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven closing and quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales.
- Experience building strategic C-level relationships in SaaS, especially LATAM larger companies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to run high-volume pipelines in dynamic environments.
- Deep sales expertise, hustle, and customer-centric approach; interest in ICM/CRM/SaaS space.
