TL;DR

Enterprise Business Development Executive (SaaS): Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Sales Performance Management software with an accent on prospecting ideal LATAM customers, C-level relationship building, and closing complex deals. Focus on managing high-volume pipelines, pricing negotiations, and achieving revenue quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Fully remote from anywhere, must work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours; LATAM sales focus, proven success selling to larger LATAM companies preferred.

What you will do

  • Develop prospecting strategies and identify ideal customers in your region.
  • Create and execute overall sales strategies with sales leadership.
  • Run successful sales campaigns, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Scale enterprise sales processes and influence company-wide strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven closing and quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience building strategic C-level relationships in SaaS, especially LATAM larger companies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to run high-volume pipelines in dynamic environments.
  • Deep sales expertise, hustle, and customer-centric approach; interest in ICM/CRM/SaaS space.

  • Subject matter expertise in sales performance management.
