TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Develop and execute sales strategies for Sales Performance Management software with an accent on prospecting ideal LATAM customers, C-level relationship building, and closing enterprise deals. Focus on managing high-volume pipelines, pricing negotiations, and driving revenue goals in a dynamic environment.

Location: Fully remote, must work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours and adjust schedule if outside EST time zone.

What you will do

  • Develop prospecting strategies with Business Development and identify ideal customers in LATAM region.
  • Create overall sales strategies with sales leadership and execute successful sales campaigns.
  • Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Partner cross-functionally to scale sales processes and influence enterprise sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain strategic C-level relationships in major SaaS accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience establishing C-level relationships and selling to executives in SaaS market.
  • Proven success selling into LATAM larger companies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to run high-volume pipelines in dynamic environments; interest in ICM/CRM/SaaS space.
  • Hustle, entrepreneurial ambition, and customer-centric sales expertise.
