Location: Onsite in Warsaw (Poland), Stockholm (Sweden), Prague (Czech Republic), Lisbon/Porto (Portugal) or other offices (9 locations total).

What you will do
- Define and maintain Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities, translating strategic needs into structured initiatives.
- Own CRM backlog end-to-end, enforcing structured intake, scoping requests, and challenging business needs for clarity and best practices.
- Lead prioritization across global stakeholders, balancing business value, technical risk, and platform health.
- Drive execution by defining stories, setting acceptance criteria, and overseeing delivery teams.
- Manage governance, platform control, technical debt, and reporting on backlog health, progress, and status.
- Plan onboarding of new business units or acquisitions into Salesforce, integrating teams, data, and processes.
Requirements
- 100% fluent in English, written and spoken
- 4+ years in Salesforce product management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Track record owning Salesforce backlog and driving structured delivery independently
- Experience in global/enterprise settings, transitioning Salesforce from implementation to operational scale
- Strong understanding of CRM supporting sales/marketing, governance models, and controlled changes
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, data models, automation, integrations, and limitations
- Ability to prioritize under pressure, push back on stakeholders, assess technical implications, and drive sustainable solutions
