What you will do

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for enterprise accounts, including evaluation, demos, architecture design, and proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value with business goals and drive growth
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and long-term adoption
• Support technical content in RFPs/RFIs and serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product
• Build reusable technical assets like lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, and scripts
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and help shape the Enterprise SE function as a founding team member

Requirements

• 10+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in Windows environments, familiarity with Linux/macOS, strong networking knowledge (DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
• Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, endpoint management; scripting in PowerShell/JavaScript/VBScript preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, HighSpot or equivalents; comfort in complex IT ecosystems
• Strong communication with executive presence; technical background in IT operations at scale
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical certifications a plus
