TL;DR

Field Sales Representative (Sales): Developing and expanding the restaurant network in Paris by acquiring new partners through direct field engagement and meetings with an accent on consultative B2B sales. Focus on demonstrating hirify.global Manager tools, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, and driving restaurant adoption of booking and marketing solutions.

Location: Paris, France. This is a hybrid role requiring office/field presence with 2 days of home office per week.

hirify.global is a leading restaurant booking platform operating in 11 countries, dedicated to connecting diners with restaurants through innovative booking and management software.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and contact restaurant owners and managers to schedule meetings or conduct drop-ins.
  • Present hirify.global’s suite of products, including restaurant management software, promotional tools, and online booking calendars.
  • Engage in 4-5 face-to-face meetings or drop-ins daily to build a pipeline and nurture client relationships.
  • Understand restaurant needs and tailor software solutions to help them boost revenue and manage operations.
  • Follow up with potential clients consistently until the deal is closed and the restaurant is successfully live on the platform.

Requirements

  • French: Fluent required.
  • English: Good command required.
  • Strong background in sales, preferably within B2B or the restaurant/hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to manage short-term negotiations and close deals efficiently.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience using CRM software.
