What you will do

• Own end-to-end tracking strategy, implementation quality, and measurement governance for digital platforms.
• Create tracking specifications, tagging plans, and audit data layers for accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot issues, support marketing campaign tracking, and improve data quality processes.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to enable data-driven decisions.
• Set standards, drive governance, and elevate analytics maturity across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital analytics or analytics engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags
• Experience creating tracking specifications, tagging plans, and auditing data layers
• Strong knowledge of measurement governance, QA, data quality, and digital performance reporting
• Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, cookie compliance (OneTrust, CookiePro)
• Strong stakeholder management; senior/lead experience

• Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
