What you will do
- Own end-to-end tracking strategy, implementation quality, and measurement governance for digital platforms.
- Create tracking specifications, tagging plans, and audit data layers for accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot issues, support marketing campaign tracking, and improve data quality processes.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to enable data-driven decisions.
- Set standards, drive governance, and elevate analytics maturity across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital analytics or analytics engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags
- Experience creating tracking specifications, tagging plans, and auditing data layers
- Strong knowledge of measurement governance, QA, data quality, and digital performance reporting
- Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, cookie compliance (OneTrust, CookiePro)
- Strong stakeholder management; senior/lead experience

- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, audiences, activation)
