Salary: $120,800–$155,000 depending on location and experience

What you will do

• Define and lead strategy for data, analytics, and experimentation across digital products
• Translate business goals into measurable outcomes, success metrics, and leading indicators
• Design and oversee A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and validation strategies for features
• Establish success criteria and decision frameworks for experiments
• Perform SQL querying, exploratory analysis, and build standardized dashboards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed experimentation into product workflows

Requirements

• 6–10 years in product management, product analytics, or data-focused roles
• Strong hands-on SQL skills for querying complex datasets
• Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting product experiments
• Experience building dashboards with modern analytics tools
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, ideally media or streaming
