What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and sales contracts across Region Europe.
• Provide legal support to regional entities regarding employment and real estate matters.
• Manage corporate governance, including signatory rights and internal governance requirements.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global specialist teams in Compliance, IP, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Manage and instruct external counsel while ensuring compliance with internal fee processes.

Requirements

• Degree from an English law school with strong academic credentials.
• Qualified lawyer and member of a local bar (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of full-time practice as a licensed attorney, including in-house experience.
• Strong foundation in commercial and contract law.
• Excellent English (written and verbal) proficiency.
