Location: Hybrid (Lausanne) or New York Metropolitan Area, Jersey City. Must be based in the US.
Salary: $80K – $110K (New York Metropolitan Area, Jersey City)

What you will do
- Build trust-based relationships with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and anticipate headcount needs.
- Design and execute proactive, multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, and other platforms.
- Identify and engage passive candidates to build genuine relationships for future opportunities.
- Continuously map talent landscapes across geographies and functions, tracking competitor movements.
- Develop and maintain structured, diverse talent pools by skillset, function, and location.
- Use sourcing analytics and recruitment data to track progress and improve pipeline effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and/or agency recruitment with a strong emphasis on active sourcing.
- Experience hiring in technical companies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and attract top talent, particularly in technical and high-demand roles.
- Cross-cultural awareness and professionalism; experience supporting searches in Europe, the US, and Asia is a plus.
- Attention to data quality (notes, tags, metrics).
- Fluency in English.
