What you will do
- Own execution for high-priority robotics programs, defining crisp goals and sequencing milestones across planning, controls, navigation, and perception.
- Drive cross-functional delivery by coordinating with software, firmware, hardware, test ops, and safety stakeholders.
- Improve development velocity by tracking timelines, managing blockers, and allocating hardware and expert resources.
- Engage across the full development lifecycle, from architecture reviews and sprint planning to flight testing and validation.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making on priorities, technical direction, and tradeoffs between safety, throughput, and latency.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and partner teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical program management leading complex, multi-team software initiatives.
- Proven ability to align roadmaps with company priorities and drive execution across multiple dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in risk resolution and creating momentum across teams.
- Familiarity with autonomous robotics systems (planning/controls/perception) and/or embedded/firmware integration.
- Must be based in or able to work from South San Francisco, California, USA

- Experience as a Software Engineer working on robotic systems.
