What you will do
- Leverage AI tools to automate data processes, identify efficiencies, and transform audits from weeks to hours.
- Design robust job architecture and pay scales for massive global business expansion.
- Own end-to-end Radford compensation cycle and market positioning.
- Conduct deep benchmarking to attract top AI, engineering, and GTM talent.
- Lead annual merit, bonus, and equity processes in partnership with Finance.
- Provide regional compensation expertise across EMEA.
Requirements
- 5+ years in compensation, ideally high-growth tech
- Proactive AI user (Gemini, ChatGPT, data tools) for efficiencies and analysis
- Expert in Radford surveys
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, data cleaning)
- Clear communicator of comp philosophy to non-experts
- Thrives in ambiguity and rapid growth
