What you will do

• Develop and execute organic social strategies aligned with client business goals across key platforms.
• Own day-to-day publishing, creating high-volume, platform-native posts using provided assets.
• Build and manage social editorial calendars and run organic campaigns.
• Spot trends daily, identify content opportunities, and produce reactive content.
• Lead community management, monitoring interactions and fostering engagement.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports, track KPIs, and adapt strategies based on insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Social Media Manager across all platforms.
• Passion for social trends; F&B or Alcohol experience desired.
• High attention to detail in copy, formatting, scheduling, and assets.
• Experience planning/optimizing paid & organic campaigns.
• Proficiency with third-party paid social tools and social listening.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and community growth skills.
• Comfortable with Canva, Photoshop, and phone-based content creation.
