What you will do

• Support setup, activation, and daily management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance, budgets, pacing, and KPIs, implementing optimisations like audience refinements and creative rotations.
• Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, analysing data for insights and opportunities.
• Assist in client communications, prepare materials for meetings, and collaborate with planning, creative, data, and analytics teams.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and logs while engaging in training and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Must be located in London, UK for hybrid work (office 4 days/week).
• Experience in paid social, digital media, or relevant marketing role (agency preferred).
• Strong interest in social platforms and digital advertising.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills, and comfort with numbers in Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or other platforms.
• Experience in performance reporting or optimisation.
• Platform certifications (Meta, TikTok) or willingness to obtain them.
