What you will do

• Produce social-first creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, optimizing assets for organic growth.
• Lead end-to-end production of shoots, filming both behind and in front of the camera.
• Develop creative concepts and stay ahead of social media trends to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver assets for campaigns and paid social.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all published content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end social content creation with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite or CapCut.
• Deep understanding of engagement drivers on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Confidence in leading production elements and appearing on camera.
• Must be based in the UK for hybrid work from the St Albans office.
