What you will do
- Assist in delivering customer engagement, loyalty, and retention initiatives across the lifecycle.
- Analyze customer data to understand behaviours, engagement patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify drop-off points and contribute ideas to enhance customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Services, and Operations on value-focused projects.
- Create reports and presentations tracking engagement, retention, and lifecycle metrics.
- Conduct research on customer behaviours, trends, and competitors to inform improvements.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Over 18 years old as of 1st September 2026
- 2nd year full-time undergraduate student with industry placement year in relevant subject (e.g. Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics)
- Minimum 104 UCAS points at A-level (BCC) or equivalent
- Maths and English GCSE grades A*-C (9-4)
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and communication

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, SQL, Power BI, or data analysis tools
