What you will do

• Build and maintain core growth data models in Snowflake (via dbt) for single source of truth across self-serve funnel.
• Instrument end-to-end tracking from first ad click to first revenue dollar, partnering with Web, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Own data for growth experiments: define success metrics, track impacts, and recommend scaling.
• Group sign-ups by intent/behavior to improve onboarding paths.
• Audit marketing ROI across acquisition sources like Search, Social, Direct.
• Forecast long-term growth with Finance for revenue and profitability predictions.

Requirements

• Strong analytics engineering with SQL, dbt, Snowflake for reliable data models.
• Python-fluent, experience in experiments, statistics, Omni/Tableau/Looker for insights.
• Familiarity with marketing/PLG funnels, attribution, segmentation, behavioral signals for seller value.
• Commercially minded, connecting data to business outcomes like acquisition cost and revenue.
• Pragmatic experimenter, autonomous in fast-moving environment.
