Salary: £27,512 to £38,732 plus up to £5,000 performance related bonus per annum

What you will do

• Contact potential claimants timely, assess needs, and offer services for repairs, hire, and injury
• Utilise supplier network, ensure clear instructions, and minimise claims lifecycle
• Identify fraudulent claims, apply accurate reserving, and update system notes
• Maintain effective communication with policyholders and claimants
• Assess policy indemnity and liability, interrogate expert reports for economical settlements
• Use intelligence systems and diary management to control indemnity spend

Requirements

• Proven experience in claims environment or transferable skills
• Persuasive communicator verbally and written
• Ability to fact-find, analyse information, and make accurate decisions
• Motivated self-starter with initiative to achieve best business outcomes
• Strong customer service, team work, PC literacy, and administration skills
• Cert CII qualified or working towards, or equivalent experience
• Visa: At least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship
