Location: Hybrid (Watford). Must spend at least three days per week (60%) at the Watford office. New starters are required to be onsite 5 days a week during training.

Salary: £31,379 - £33,030

What you will do

• Manage vehicle order cancellations and attempt to retain orders where possible.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to overcome customer objections and reclaim orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealerships and manufacturers.
• Report on cancellation trends and propose process improvements.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance teams to ensure correct cancellation measures.
• Coordinate with the stock team to utilize cancelled cars for further orders.

Requirements

• Confident telephone manner and ability to handle difficult conversations regarding cancellation fees.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems proactively.
• Experience with inbound and outbound consultative calls.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage re-order flows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cars and understanding of SS4C or Contract Hire products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs for updating process maps.
• Up-to-date knowledge of new vehicles on the market.
